CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
7 3 - 2 6 4 U 4 4 RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ALL STREETS AND ROADS WITHIN
THE MAINLANDS SECTIONS 1 thru 5 WHICH HAVE
PREVIOUSLY BEEN DEDICATED TO THE CITY.
WHEREAS, there have been dedicated to the City certain.,.;
roads within those subdivisions known as The Mainlands of
Tamarac Lakes Sections 1 thru 5, and CT")
WHEREAS, these roads have not been accepted by the
City to date, and •°

WHEREAS, the City is desirous of accepting said dedicated
streets and roads.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That all roads and streets within those
subdivisions known as The Mainlands of Tamarac Lakes Sections
1 thru 5 which have been dedicated to the City, and not
previously accepted by the City of Tamarac, be and they are
hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Tamarac.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 4 `day of
