CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. -
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL
RESERVATIONS ON A PARCEL OF LAND IN
WESTWOOD COMMUNITY THREE,
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to
state any objection it may have to release of canal
reservations across the property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such
request and has recommended the City file no objection
to such release.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac has no objection
to the release of canal reservations involving the land
described as follows:
WESTWOOD COMMUNITY THREE, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 77 at page 46, Broward County,
Florida, public records.
T.I.I.F. Deed No. 16198, dated December 24, 1908,
Deed Book 46, Page 240.
Section 5/6, Township 49 South, Range 41 East.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this '� day of
