CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 3 -- b
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN OFFICIAL CITY
EMBLEM
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of adopting
an official City Emblem, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it advisable to
adopt as the official City Emblem for all purposes that cer-
tain emblem, a copy of which is attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the attached emblem is hereby
adopted as the official City Emblem for all official City
purposes, and further that said emblem be a part of any
official flag of the City of Tamarac, Florida.
SECTION 2: The adoption of this official City
Emblem shall in no way affect the official seal of the City
of Tamarac, Florida.
