CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. �J
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL
RESERVATIONS ON A PORTION OF TRACTS 5, 6,
7, 10, 11 and 12 OF FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK
FARMS SUBDIVISION OF SECTION 9.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to
state any objection it may have to release of canal
reservations across the property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request
and has recommended the City file no objection to such
release,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac has no objection
to the release of canal reservations involving the land
described as follows:
See attached description marked Exhibit "A"
