RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AN AMENDED GENERAL FUND
FOR THE CITY OF TAMARAC FOR THE FISCAL YEAR WHICH
BEGAN NOVEMBER 1 1972 and finishes September 30 1973
WHEREAS, by Resolution. No. 72-63, the City Council adopted
an annual general fund budget for the City of Tamarac for the fiscal
year beginning November 1, 1972; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has subsequently presented an
amended budget recommending certain changes in the original budget
adopted pursuant to Resolution No. 72-63; and
WHEREAS, the Council has received said amended budget,
has held a public hearing thereon, and has deemed it necessary
and proper to amend the original budget for the fiscal year
beginning November 1, 1972.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the annual general fund budget for the
fiscal year beginning November 1, 1972, is hereby amended to con-
form to the amended budget schedule attached hereto and by reference
made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein. That said amended
budget is hereby adopted and approved by the Council of the City
of Tamarac as the budget of the City of Tamarac for the remainder
of the fiscal year which began November 1, 1972 and ends Septem-
ber 30, 1973.
SECTION 2: In all other respects Resolution No. 72-63
shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: THE CITY CLERK is hereby instructed to certify
the amended general fund budget for the fiscal year which began
November 1, 1972, and further is hereby authorized and instructed
to forward to the Tax Collector of Broward County, acting as the
Tax Collector for the City of Tamarac, a certified copy of this
resolution.
SECTION 4: The City Clerk is hereby authorized
and instructed to forward a certified copy of this resolution
to the Board of County Commissioners of Broward County.
SECTION 5: The City Clerk is hereby authorized
and instructed to forward to the Tax Assessor of Broward
County a certified copy of this Resolution.
SECTION 6: The City Clerk is hereby authorized
and instructed to forward to the Comptroller of the State
of Florida a certified copy of this Resolution.
SECTION 7: The City Clerk is hereby authorized
and instructed to keep a certified copy of this Resolution
in the permanent files of the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 8: The City Clerk is hereby instructed
to reproduce sufficient copies of this budget so that the
same will be available for the use of all officers, depart-
ments and agencies and for the use of interested persons and
civic organizations during the remainder of the fiscal year
which began November 1, 1972 and finishes on September 30,1973.
