CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR
DUPLICATING PAPER

WHEREAS, the City has heretofore advertised for
bids for duplicating paper and has received bids; and,
WHEREAS, the Council, is desirous of awarding the
bid for such duplicating paper to the lowest and best bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the bid of

and made a part hereof by reference, is hereby adopted.

Dear Ms Twichell:
Due to the recent paper shortage in the United. States,
Xerox Corporation has found it necessary to drop the
duplicating paper line for the time being. in order
that we may have paper for our customers for the
remainder of the year, this step was unavoidable.
As far as regular 4024 paper, the City of Tamarac is
eligible for our State Contract Pricing. i have
stated this as follows:
Letter Legal
1--2 cartons delivery $ 2.54/ream $3.23/ream
3-9 cartons delivery 1.97/ream 2.51/ream
This is not a bid, but you are eligible to purchase
your paper under the State Contract.
