CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION
OF EDWARDS LEE CHURCH AS CITY PROSECUTOR
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC
WHEREAS, Edwards Lee Church has submitted his
written resignation as City Prosecutor of the City of
Tamarac to the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of accepting
Mr. Church's resignation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby accepts
the resignation of Edwards Lee Church as City Prosecutor
of the City of Tamarac, a copy of which resignation being
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, said
resignation to be effective on August 8, 1973.
