CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL
RESERVATIONS .
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to state
any objection it may have to release of canal reservations
across the property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request and
has recommended the City file no objection to such release,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac has no objection to
the release of canal reservations involving the land described
as follows:
C & SFFCD Ref. #3-BCA-2 (8571)
"All of McNAB COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION NO. TWO, according
to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 73 at
Page 28, of the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida.
E.D.D. Deed No. 3070, dated August 12, 1919, Deed
Book 10, Page 74.
Section 4, Township 49 South, Range 41 East."
