CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. --
A RESOLUTION DECLARING RESULTS OF PRIMARY ELECTION.
WHEREAS, a primary election was held on February 13th, 1973
for purpose of nominating two candidates for the office of
Councilman, Distract 3, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has canvassed the results of the
machine voting as certified by the election clerks and the
absentee ballots,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE City
of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That the following persons are hereby certified
to have received the highest vote for the office:
1. DIAMOND, Charles
2. SOCKER, A. V.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is instructed to place the
names recited above on the ballot for the general election to be
held on February 27, 1973 for the position for which such persons
were nominated.
