RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF STREET LIGHT
EASEMENT ON THE WOODLANDS THIRD SECTION LOTS 5 and 6
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to state any
objection it may have to release street light easement across the
property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request and has
recommended the City file no objection to such release,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac has no objection to
vacating the 6 foot street light easement described as follows:
"The South 3 feet of Lot 5, less the East 5 feet and the
West 18 feet thereof, together with the North 3 feet of
Lot 6, less the East 5 feet and the West 10 feet thereof,
all in THE WOODLANDS THIRD SECTION as recorded in Plat
Book 66, Page 24 of the Public Records of Broward County
Florida.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS- a;Z^ day of 1973.
