A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74-60
AND 74-95; PROVIDING FOR THE INCREASE OF
CERTAIN PERMIT FEES: PROVIDING FOR THE
ADDITION OF CERTAIN NEW PERMIT FEES: PROVIDING
FOR DECREASE OF CERTAIN PERMIT FEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida
deems it in the best interest of the City to increase certain permit
fees; and to decrease certain permit fees; and to add certain new
permit fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION I: That Section A shall be amended to read as
STRUCTURAL FEES
1. Minimum Fee for structural permits (except as shown)--------- $15.00
