CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MAINTENANCE OF LAND-
SCAPED PORTIONS OF CERTAIN RIGHTS -OF -WAY
WITHIN THE CITY OF TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, certain median strips within the City have been
planted and sodded by Leadership Housing, and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of accepting maintenance
of portions of said rights -of -way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1.: That all landscaped portions in the following
streets:
Commercial Boulevard from #441 to Rock Island Road
N.W. 57th Street from "S" curve to N.W. 94th Avenue,
are hereby accepted for maintenance by the City of Tamarac as
of final passage of this Resolution.
SECTION 2: That the City is not as of this date accepting
the pavements and drainage within these .rights -of -way, but
only the maintenance of the landscaped' portions.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS DAY OF
1974.
