CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. .74—ILP
WHEREAS, the City Charter of the City of Tamarac,
Florida provides for the necessary signatures on checks, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of providing a
resolution designating the parties required and authorized
to sign checks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Mayor, Dwight E. Johnson and the
City Manager, R. D. Castenholz are hereby authorized and
empowered to sign and execute checks for authorized expen-
ditures.
SECTION 2: That in the absence or disqualification of
the Mayor, the Vice -Mayor, Oscar L. Tucker is hereby author-
ized and empowered to sign and execute checks for authorized
expenditures along with the City Manager.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of�, 1974.
