RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION ADJUSTING THE HOURLY RATES
AND OTHER CHARGES PAID TO THE CITY ENGINEER
WHEREAS, the City Engineer, WILLIAMS, HATFIELD & STONER,
INC., has requested that the hourly rates and other charges for
engineering services for the City be adjusted upward effective
March 25, 1974; and
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes that in the three
years since the Agreement was entered between the City and the
City Engineer there has been a. substantial increase in the cost
of living and engineering services, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC , FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Exhibit "B" of the existing Agreement
between the City and the City Engineer, WILLIAMS, HATFIELD & STONER,
INC., be replaced by the revised "schedule of hourly rates and
charges" attached to this resolution and made a part hereof.
SECTION 2: That WILLIAMS, HATFIELD & STONER, INC., in its
capacity as City Engineer shall receive the compensation as out-
lined in the original agreement between the parties as modified
by revised "schedule of hourly rates and other charges" attached
to this resolution effective March 25, 1974.
SECTION_3: That the Mayor and City Cleik are hereby authorized
to execute any documents necessary to implement the modified schedule
of hourly rates and other charges.
