CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION N0.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO INSTAL TRAFFIC
CONTROL DEVICES AT THE INTERSECTION OF
47 TH TERRACE AND COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD
AND PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF SAME.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Broward
County, Florida, has indicated that they will instal traffic
devices at the intersection of 47th Terrace and Commercial
Boulevard with the cost to be paid by Leadership Housing
Systems of Florida Inc. and

WHEREAS, the Director of Public Safety has indicated
Qthe traffic conditions at such intersections urgently require
the installation of such devices, and a traffic study made by
Broward County has established the necessity of such devices,
and
WHEREAS, the entire intersection is within the municipal
boundaries of the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the cost will be paid by Leadership Housing
Systems of Florida Inc., after which their previously provided
Performance Bond in the amount of $20,000 shall be released.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Board of County Commissioners,
Broward County, Florida, be and they are hereby authorized to
instal traffic control devices at the intersection of 47th
Terrace and Commercial Boulevard.
SECTION 2: That when the payment has been made by
Leadership Systems of Florida Inc., a Resolution shall be
introduced authorizing the release of their previously provided
Performance Bond.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this Lday of 1974.
