RESOLUTION NO. --
A RESOLUTION FILLING THE VACANCIES
AS ALTERNATES TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
CAUSED BY THE RESIGNATIONS OF SALVATORE
MASSARO AND HUGH YARNELL.
WHEREAS, Salvatore Massaro and Hugh Yarnell have
resigned as alternates to the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of making
appointments to fill the vacancies created by the afore -
mentioned resignations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l:

be and arehereby appointed
to the Board of Adjustment,as alternates, of the City of
Tamarac, Florida.
SECTION 2: That the terms of said appointments shall
be at the pleasure of the City Council.
