CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. �'"!
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF
A SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT BOND GIVEN BY
JUSTUS INVESTMENT COMPANY. AS PRINCIPAL.
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Ordinance No. 71-23 a Sub -Division
Improvement Bond was required incident to certain Subdivision improv-
ements on the Sabal Palm Village of Tamarac situate lying and being
within the corporate limits of Tamarac, Florida, and
WHEREAS, a Subdivision Improvement Bond, No. 59 15 781 in the
amount of $94,694.42 was executed by Justus Investment Company, an
Indiana Partnership and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland,
and
WHEREAS, the conditions precedent to the release of said Bond have
been met by the principal thereto, and
WHEREAS, the City Consulting Engineer has inspected the project
and recommended release of the Bond and formal acceptance of the
improvements by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
Justus Investment Company, being the principal in that certain Bond
No. 59 15 781 has met the conditions precedent to said Bond.
SECTION 2: The Bond is hereby released and the City accepts the
improvements.
