CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF
A PERFORMANCE BOND GIVEN BY BURKARD
INVESTMENT. INC.. AS PRINCIPAL.
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Ordinance No. 71-23 a Performance
Bond was required incident to certain on site improvements on
the property situate lying and being within the corporate limits
of Tamarac, Florida, and
WHEREAS, a Performance Bond, No. 427 was executed by Burkard
Investments Inc., a Florida Corporation, and Hartford Accident
and Indemnity Company as Attorney -in -Fact and,
WHEREAS, the conditions precedent to the release of said
Bond have been met by the principal thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
Burkard Investments Inc., being the principal in that certain Bond
No. 427 has met the conditions precedent to said Bond in as much
as Tamarac Utilities has notified the City Manager of its final
inspection of the water and sewer facilities covered by said Bond.
