A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY COUNCIL
TO APPOINT AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE
BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE; AND PROVID-
IN0_AN EFFECTIVE DATE_. .
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the City
Council of the City of Tamarac that there is a necessity for
appointing an alternate member to the said Committee, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the said alternate member shall serve for
a period of one year, and in the absence or inability of any regular
member of the said Beautification Committee to serve, said alternate
shall thereupon serve in the place of said regular member, with all
the powers and duties as are vested in said regular member.
SECTION 2: That be and is hereby
appointed as an alternate member of the Beautification Committee of
the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 3: The aforementioned appointee pursuant to this
Resolution shall serve at the pleasure of the City Council, and
he may be removed with or without cause.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 2:1 day of 30rJ ,1974.
