CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. - O S;a
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING FIVE (5) MEMBERS TO THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
WHEREAS, the terms of William H. Curran, Fred P. Heusner,
N. al lovanna, Harold Travin and James L. Lawrence will expire
on 18 July, 1974; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of preserving the
Board of Adjustment by making such appointments as necessary in
accordance with Ordinance No. 7423 y..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That A.-GIAM 14, C.4 1?Ad be and he is
hereby appointed as a member to the Board of Adjustment of the
City of Tamarac for a term of five (5) years, until 18 July- 1979,
with all thee.powers andi.duties.enumerated in Ordinance No. 74-'J!
SECTION :2 : That n`A)44 (- L LAwPf(�� (X and
RW�_U/a NJIJIA be and they a ^N. i re hereby appointed
as members to the Board of Adjustment of the City of Tamarac for a
term of four (4) years, until ,18 Jul;y,, ,1978, ,with all :the powers
and duties enumerated in Ordinance No. 74-i+--.
SECTION 3 : That �� /� �_P f-% �`s kS/U�I�j and
be and they are hereby appointed
as members to the Board of Adjustment of the City of Tamarac for a
term of three (3) years, until 18 July, 1977, with.allthe powets
and duties enumerated in Ordinance No. 74-.
SECTION 4: Any member of the Board of Adjustment may be
removed from office for cause by the City Council upon written
charges and after public hearing.
SECTION 5: The effective date of the above terms of office
shall be 19 July, 1974.
