ON REQUIRING PERMITS IN T.LiE I'.NCORPORIATED
AREAS OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tamarac,
Florida, that the fees established for obtaining of certain structural_,
plumbing, electrical, zoning and various other permits by the action of
the City Council of the City of Tamarac on November 20, 1972, are hereby
amended and revised and changed to be as follows:

That prior to initiation of construction an alteration or addition to then
existing structure, the person, firm or corporation desirous of performing
said construction shall be required to obtain a permit from the Building
Department and upon the taking of such a permit shall be required to pay a
fee as follows:
