CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. -14-61
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY COUNCIL TO
APPOINT AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE BOARD
OF ADJUSTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac desires
to follow the provisions of Ordinance No. 74--34, Section 1 in
regard to the creation and composition of the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance No. 74-34 provides for up to two
alternate members to this Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the alternate member designated by the Mayor
and members of the City Council of the City of Tamarac shall serve
at the pleasure of the City Council, and in the absence or
inability of any regular member of the said Board of Adjustment
to serve, said alternate shall thereupon serve in the place of said
regular member. IRWIN P. HUETHER
