CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING SANDRA
ZAVERUKA TO THE POSITION OF
ACTING FINANCE DIRECTOR.
WHEREAS, John O'Malley, Finance Director, to the City of
Tamarac, Florida, has this date tendered his resignation from said
position, and
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted said resignation,
WHEREAS, the City Council has in the absence of a City
Manager assumed certain administrative duties within the City, and
WHEREAS, The City Council deems it in the best interest to
appoint an acting Finance Director, and
WHEREAS, Sandra Zaveruka has served as assistant Finance
Director and is deemed to be qualified to assume the aforesaid posi-
tion on an interim basis.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That SANDRA ZAVERUKA, Assistant Finance Director
is hereby appointed as Acting Finance Director with the powers and
duties pertaining thereto.
SECTION II: That the Acting Finance Director shall serve
at the pleasure of City Council.
