RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A $1000.00 CHECK COVERING
REQUIREMENTS UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 72-5 POSTED BY
MIRON CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, a $1.,000.00 check was posted by Miron Corporation
covering requirements under Beautification Ordinance No. 72-5, and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has recommended release
of the check since the Beautification requirements have been
satisfactorily completed, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release the check.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The check posted by Miron Corporation in the
amount of $1,000.00 is hereby released.
