A RESOLUTION APPOINTING RONALD A. ELG AS ACTING
CITY MANAGER IN THE ABSENCE OF A CITY MANAGER
I -V. �A =RDANCE WITH ARTICLE VII, SECTIONS 39 and
0, AND AMENDMENT #13 thereof OF THE CHARTER OF
_ "F CITY OF TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, Joseph O'Brien has resigned as Acting City Manager
of the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the aforestated Sections of the Charter of the
City of Tamarac, Florida grants the City Council the authority to
designate some properly qualified person to temporarily execute
the functions of the office of City Manager, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best interest
of the City of Tamarac to make such appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,

SECTION l: That Ronald A. Elg is hereby appointed as Acting City
Manager with the powers and duties as set forth in Article VII,
Section 40, and Amendment #13 thereof.
SECTION 2: That the Acting City Manager shall serve at the
Pleasure of City Council.
