�� A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE
GENERAL ELECTION FOR MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL.
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. I �
WHEREAS, a general election was held on March 5th, 1974
for the purpose of electing one candidate for the office of Mayor,
one candidate for the office of Councilman from District two, one
candidate for the office of Councilman from District three for the
unexpired term of one year and one candidate for the office of
. Councilman from District four, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has canvassed the results of the
machine voting and the absentee ballots as certified by the Elect-
ion Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following person is hereby certified
to have received the highest number of votes and to have been
elected as Mayor for a term of two (2) years:

SECTION 2: That the following person is hereby certified
to have received the highest vote and to have been elected from
District two for a term of two (2) years:

SECTION 3: That the following person is hereby certified
to have received the highest vote and to have been elected from
District three for the unexpired term of one (1) year:
