CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 74-60 BY
DELETING THEREFROM SECTION 12, RETAINING WALLS
AND SEA WALLS; PROVIDING FOR REFERENCE TO
ORDINANCE NO. 74-45 FOR CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION
COSTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Flor-
ida, has determined that the construction inspection costs of
retaining walls and sea walls should be those figures set forth
in Ordinance No. 74-45, and should be deleted from Resolution No.
74-60.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section (b), Paragraph 12, of Resolution
No. 74-60 is hereby deleted.
SECTION 2. Construction inspection costs for the construc-
tion of retaining walls and sea walls henceforth shall be found in
Ordinance No. 74-45 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Tamarac, Florida. {{
