CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 74ES
A RESOLUTION DECLARING RESULTS OF PRIMARY ELECTION.
WHEREAS, a primary election was held on February 12, 1974
for the purpose of nominating two candidates for the office of Mayor
and Councilman, District 2 Councilman District 4
WHEREAS, the City Council has canvassed the results of the
machine voting and the absentee ballots, as certified by the
Election Board
NC,f,,I, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC-, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following persons are hereby certified
to have received the highest vote for the offices:
MAYOR: DWIGHT E. JOHNSON
EUGENE SHULTZ
FOR COUNCIL,DISTRICT 2: HELEN MASSARO
JULIE V. FACONI
DISTRICT 4: MORRIS GLICKSMAN
AL E. GREENE
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is instructed to place the
names recited above on the ballot for the general election to be
held on March 5, 1974 for the position for which such persons
were nominated.

WE, the undersigned members of the Tamarac Election
Board, do hereby certify that the attached schedule re-
presents the true and correct number of votes cast for
each of the named candidates in the Primary Election
held in the City of Tamarac, on Tuesday, February 12,
1974. The Grand Total figure for each candidate re-
presents the number of machine votes and the number of
absentee votes cast for each candidate.
Based upon the attached results, the following
persons have succeeded in Primary Election and will
have their names on the General Election ballot:
