CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.�q
WHEREAS, James Michael Norman has resigned as City Attorney
and P. Dianne Weaver and Ben Weaver have resigned from the posi-
tions of Assistant City Attorneys and such resignations have
been accepted, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is granted authority by the City
Charter and is now desirous of appointing a City Attorney and
setting compensation for same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE City of
Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1. That James Michael Norman, P. Dianne Weaver
and Ben Weaver are hereby relieved of the duties of City Attor-
ney and Assistant City Attorneys, and,

SECTION 3. Said appointment shall include representa-
tion in matters defined by Section #42 of the City Charter.
SECTION 4: Compensation for services rendered as
City Attorney shall be paid at the rate of 4-j,'57C:>=1

accordance with the City Charter shall serve at the pleasure of
the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida.
