RESOLUTION NO. 7
A RESOLUTION ALLOWING CITY COUNCIL SUFFICIENT TIME TO
STUDY DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED IN CONNECTION WITH AGENDA ITEMS.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that sufficient time is required
to study documents submitted in connection with agenda items.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That all items appearing on any regular agenda of
the City Council which have documents submitted in connection therewith
shall be stricken from the agenda unless all documents connected
with said agenda item are in the hands of the City Clerk and are
available to members of the City Council not less than 72 hours prior
to the appointed time for the council meeting.
SECTION 2: This provision may be waived by a unanimous vote of the
City Council. /I
