CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 7<
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTTON-
BEER CONSUMPTION,TO TAGLIENTI'S PIZZA AND HOAGIES
WHEREAS, Ordinance 73-60 of the City of Tamarac provides
for the granting of special exceptions by the City Council
after a public hearing held by the Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, Mario Taglienti has applied for a special ex-
ception to permit beer consumption on the premises, and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission, pursuant to Ordinance
73-60 has held a public hearing on said special exception peti-
tion and recommended approval thereof, and
WHEREAS, the petition meets all requirements of Ordi-
nance 73-60, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the
public health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tama-
rac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to per-
mit beer consumption on the premises of Taglienti's Pizza and
Hoagies, 4243 W. Commercial Boulevard, Grant Plaza is hereby
approved:

SECTION 3:
This special exception shall be valid for
a period of one year from the date of this Resolution.

1974.
