CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. —
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE
GENERAL ELECTION FOR MEMBERS OF THE CHARTER
........................
BOARD.
WHEREAS, a general election was held on March 5th, 1974 for
the purpose of electing five (5) members of the Charter Board and
WHEREAS, the City Council has canvassed the results of the
machine voting and the absentee ballots as certified by the Elect-
ion Board. -�
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY'
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: "'
SECTION 1: That the following two (2) persons have receiv-
ed the highest number of votes and are declared to be elected as,

members of the Charter Board for a term of two (2) years

SECTION 2: That the following three (3) persons have re-
ceived the next highest number of votes and are declared to be
elected as members of the Charter Board for a term of one (1) year

SECTION 3: Terms of the Charter Board members shall begin
on 12_ March 1974.
