CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. / /i// 7
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING STEVE E. MOODY AND
KENNETH M. JONES AS ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEYS
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC
WHEREAS, MICHAEL E. ZEALY has been appointed City
Attorney for the City of Tamarac, Florida; and,
WHEREAS, MICHAEL E. ZEALY has requested the appoint-
ment of two Assistant City Attorneys, pursuant to Section
No. 41 of the City Charter; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing
two Assistant City Attorneys.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That STEVE E. MOODY is hereby appointed
Assistant City Attorney for the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 2: That KENNETH M. JONES is hereby appointed
Assistant City Attorney for the City of Tamarac.
