CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 7 `?- 2--0
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING WALTER L. MORGAN
AS ELECTION BOARD ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, Article XI Section 71 of the Charter as amended
on March 5 1974 provides that the Election Board shall have the
exclusive power to select an Attorney of its choice, and
WHEREAS the Election Board has advised that it has
selected Walter L. Morgan as the Election Board Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Walter L. Morgan is hereby appointed
Election Board Attorney for the City of Tamarac as of March 12,
1974.
SECTION 2: That the salary of Walter L. Morgan shall
be at the rate of $35.00 per hour.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 11 Jday of 1974.
