CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE INTERGOVERN-
MENTAL PERSONNEL ACT GRANT MATERIAL
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has received a grant
under authority of I.P.A. to develop and implement basic
personnel management needs within the City, and
WHEREAS, the Florida Atlantic University has
submitted the complete requested material, and
WHEREAS, a condition of the motion is acceptance
prior to 31st March of the work performed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION I: That the F.A.U. has satisfactorily completed
its contracted work.
SECTION 2: That the City accepts the work, subject to
possible changes.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS,DAY OF 1974
