RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ALLOWING CITY COUNCIL SUFFICIENT
TIME TO STUDY PLATS AND SITE PLANS.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that sufficient time
is required to study plats and site plans submitted in
connection with agenda items.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That plats and site plans appearing on
any regular agenda of the City Council shall be stricken
from the agenda unless all documents connected with said
plats and site plans are in the hands of the City Clerk and
are available to members of the City Council not less than
21 days prior to the appointed time for the Council meeting.
SECTION 2: This provision may be waived by a unanimous
vote of the City Council..
