CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. r aZ
A RESOLUTION FILLING THE VACANCY ON THE
ELECTION BOARD CAUSED BY THE RESIGNATION
OF JOHN P. COOK.
WHEREAS, John P. Cook has previously resigned as
member of the Election Board, and
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Tamarac authorizes
the members of the Election Board to make such an appointment,
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of affirming
an appointment to fill the vacancy created by the afore-
mentioned resignation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the
City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That ERNEST KOVARIK be and he
is hereby affirmed as a member of the Election Board
of the City of Tamarac, Florida.
SECTION 2: That the term of said appointment shall be
until the General Election in February, 1975.
