CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 7
A RESOLUTION RELEASING CHECK
POSTED BY MICHAEL LEMBO IN LIEU OF BOND
WHEREAS, a check was posted by Michael Lembo covering Sambo's,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended release of the check
since the sub -division improvements have been satisfactorily comple-
ted, and Tamarac Utilities has indicated their acceptance of the
utility construction work, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release the check.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The check posted by Michael Lembo in the amount
of $6,000.00 is hereby released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1974.
