CITY OF TAMARACK FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. 77q"/-�
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY COUNCIL TO
APPOINT AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE
BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of
the City Council of the City of Tamarac that there is a neces-
sity for appointing an alternate member to the said Committee,
and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council
of the City of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That the said alternate member shall serve
for a period of one year, and in the absence or inability of
an regular member of the said Beautification Committee to
serve, said alternate shall thereupon serve in the place
of said regular member, with all the powers and duties as
are vested in said regular member.
SECTION 2: That Pat Carlucci, be and he is hereby
appointed as an alternate member of the Beautification
Committee of the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 3: The aforementioned appointee pursuant to
this Reoslution shall serve at the pleasure of the City
Council, and he may be removed with or without ause.
