RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Board of Adjustment due to
the death of Al Le Cocq.
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of making an
appointment to the Board of Adjustment to fill the vacancy
thus created.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City
of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That Harold Travin be and he is hereby appointed as
a member of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Tamarac, with the
powers and duties enumerated in Chapter 176, FLORIDA STATUTES, to
fill the unexpired term of Mr. Al Le Cocq.
SECTION 2: That Harold Travin shall serve the Board without
compensation.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS �` day of �'� ,1974.
