RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION #74-24 and
ALSO RESOLUTION #74-32 AND AUTHORIZING CITY COUNCIL
TO APPOINT AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
AEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac desires to
follow the provisions of F.S.163 in regard to the Board of Adjustment,
and
WHEREAS, said F.S. 163 provides for up to two alternate members
to this Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
SECTION 1: That the alternate member designated by the Mayor
and members of the City Council of the City of Tamarac shall serve for
a period of one year, and in the absence or inability of any regular
member of the said Board of Adjustment to serve, said alternate shall
thereupon serve in the place of said regular member, with all the
powers and duties as are vested in said regular member.
SECTION 2: That EMIL BEUi'NER be and he is hereby appointed as
Alternate member of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 3: The aforementioned appointee, pursuant to this Resolution,
shall serve at the pleasure of the City Council, and may be removed with
or without cause.
