CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. �.
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF
THE REFERENDUM HELD ON JULY 9. 1974.
WHEREAS, a referendum was held on July 9, 1974 for
the purpose of 1. City Council entering into an agreement
for the purchase of land for a City Hall Complex; 2. the
Annexation of Shaker Village, Phase One; and 3. the reaf-
firmation of the City Charter, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has canvassed the results
of the machine voting and the absentee ballots as certified
by the Election Board.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE

CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That proposal on the ballot 1. City Council
enter into an agreement for the purchase of land for a City
