CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION FILLING THE VACANCY CREATED
BY RICHARD WALLACE AS EX--OFFICIO MEMBER
TO THE BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE FROM THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Richard Wallace,member of the Planning &
Zoning Commission, has resigned as ex-officio member to the
Beautification Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac is
desirous of filling the vacancy created by aforementioned
resignation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That m- A ff&A be and he is
hereby appointed as ex-officio member of the Beautification
Committee from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
SECTION 2: That the term of said appointment shall be at
the pleasure of City Council.
