CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO, �-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING SUB -DIVISION
IMPROVEMENT BOND POSTED BY WALTER
B. HARVEY, JR. AND SOUTHERN COLONIAL
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.
WHEREAS, a bond was posted by Walter B. Harvey,
Jr. and Southern Colonial Construction Company covering
Grant Plaza Sewer Modifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended
release of the bond since the sub -division improvements
have been satisfactorily completed, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release
the bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The bond posted by Walter B. Harvey, Jr.
and Southern Colonial Construction Company in the amount
of $18,750 is hereby released.
