CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION N0. '7
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING JOE O'BRIEN, ASSISTANT TO THE
CITY MANAGER, TO PRESIDE AT THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
1974/1975 PROPOSED BUDGET: AND DIRECTING JOHN O'MALLEY,
FINANCE DIRECTOR, TO ATTEND SAID PUBLIC HEARING, SCHEDULED
FOR 7:00 P.M. Thursday, August 22, 1974.
WHEREAS, Robert D. Castenholz, has resigned as City Manager, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing the Assistant
to the City Manager as the presiding official at the aforestated Public Hearing,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of having John O'Malley,
Finance Director, attend aforestated Public Hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Joe O'Brien, Assistant to the City Manager, is hereby
requested to preside at said Public Hearing.
SECTION 2: That John O'Malley, Finance Director, is hereby directed to attend
said Public Hearing.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this Z Z day of 1974.
