RESOLUTION RESOLUTION NO. 7 `' '
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING JOE O'BRIEN AS ASSISTANT TO THE CITY
MANAGER TO SIGN PURCHASE REQUISITIONS AND ORDERS AND TO MAKE
APPROPRIATE PAYROLL CHANGES WHERE NECESSARY, AFTER CONSULTING
WITH COUNCILWOMAN LANGE. UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, Robert D. Castenholz has resigned as City Manager, and
WHEREAS, The City Council deems it in the best interest of the City
to authorize a staff member to sign purchase requisitions and orders; and
to make appropriate payroll changes where necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Joe O'Brien, Assistant to the City Manager, is hereby
authorized to sign purchase requisitions and orders, and to make appropriate
payroll changes where necessary, after consulting with Councilwoman Lange.
SECTION 2: This authorization is effective immediately,until further notice
from the City Council.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 22nd day of August, 1974
