RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ALL PAVEMENTS AND DRAINAGE
WITHIN TAMARAC LAKES NORTH, TAMARAC LAKES NORTH,
2nd SECTION, TAMARAC LAKES NORTH, 3rd SECTION,
TAMARAC LAKES SOUTH AND TAMARAC INDUSTRIAL PARK.
WHEREAS, there have been dedicated to the City certain roads within
those subdivisions known as Tamarac Lakes North, Tamarac Lakes North, 2nd Section,
Tamarac Lakes North, 3rd Section, Tamarac Lakes South and Tamarac Industrial
Park, and
WHEREAS, these roads have not been accepted by the City to date, and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of accepting pavements and drainage
constructed within dedicated rights of way and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That all pavements and drainage within the Subdivisions
known as Tamarac Lakes North, Tamarac Lakes North, 2nd Section; Tamarac Lakes
North, 3rd Section; Tamarac Lakes South and Tamarac Industrial Park which have
been dedicated to the City, and not previously accepted by the City of Tamarac,.
be and they are hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida.
