CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. H - 7
A RESOLUTION RE -APPOINTING MICHAEL ZEALY AS
CITY ATTORNEY.
WHEREAS, Micheal Zealy has resigned as City Attorney
effective November 5, 1974, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conditionally accepted said
resignation, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of re -appointing
Micheal Zealy as City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That MICHEAL ZEALY is hereby re --appointed City
Attorney effective as of the signing of this Resolution.
SECTION 2: That compensation for his services shall be at the
rate of $35.00 per hour.
SECTION 3: That MICHAEL ZEALY as City Attorney, in
accordance with the City Charter, shall serve at the pleasure of
the City Council of the City of Tamar , Florida.
