CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA'% RESOLUTION NO. -e3
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE ZONING
COMMISSION AND ESTABLISHING THE TERMS OF SUCH
APPOINTMENT,
WHEREAS, the City Council has, by Ordinance #71-33, created a
Zoning Commission, and
WHEREAS, CARL WAGNER, member of said Zoning Commission has resigned, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to make an appointment
to fill the vacancy on the Zoning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That--..Z�'� :ti�.-,�
is hereby appointed as member of the Zoning Commission to serve until
November, 1974.
SECTION 2: That as a member of the Zoning Commission he shall serve
without compensation.
SECTION 3: That the appointment shall be effective immediately,
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day
