CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. % J �Y6
A RESOLUTION RELEASING CHECK
POSTED BY SIDNEY SHAPIRO IN LIEU OF BOND
WHEREAS, a check was posted by Sidney Shapiro covering the
Beliro Business Center (Tamarac Shopping Plaza), and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended release of the
check since the sub -division improvements have been satisfact-
orily completed, and Tamarac Utilities has indicated their accept-
ance of the utility construction work, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release the check.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The check posted by Sidney Shapiro in the amount
of $3,075.00 is hereby released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 0 day of ;Y1974.
